Opinions On Why The Miniature World of Trains Needs To Be Built: Kathi Quinn states: I love toy trains!  John Boyd states: Greenville is a medium size city completely lacking when it comes to museums that will drive tourism.  This transportation museum, especially with model railroads and trains, will drive tourism and be a positive influence on Greenville.  I'm excited the downtown location has been chosen. Thomas Lacher states: Learn from the past, enjoy the present, and build for the future. William Nolan states: A perfect addition to the community!!! Nick Pasquine states: Anything which brings tourist dollars needs to be supported by both Government and the business community. John Herzog states: Awesome project, I would bring my family again and again, as well as donate myself. Vince Anthony  states: good luck Scott Dam states: Great idea and needed. Keep going! Linda Piper states: Great opportunity for Greenville and the surrounding area - good family fun, great for local business, educational - great value. Roger D. Harmon states: Great project ! Phillip Kenyon states: Great Show Mark Smith states: I am already supporting this project as a volunteer and donor. Anthony Deciantis states: I am one of the many volunteers. David Henderson states: I believe that the museum will be an attraction for the local area and for South Carolina. Heidi Wittsack states: I can't wait til this museum opens up, I have been excited about it for a while! Dean Karr states: I look for train layouts that are open to the public everywhere I go; and they are always very popular. The children (and many adults) of SC would love this. Adam Fesperman Jr states: I think it would be great for this area Joshua D Abbott states: I think this project has the potential to gain as much attention as the Miniature Wunderland in Germany. Adam L. Fesperman Jr states: I think this would be a great thing for the Greenville area to have. gary wise states: i think this would be great Chris PAWELCZYK states: I typically support any and all events, teams, museums, etc. that impact my community. It adds to the cultural diversity of our area. It will also positively impact us financially with an influx of tourist dollars which will not only benefit the museum but also many local area merchants and businesses. Eric Glass states: I will support and encourage my friends and colleagues as well. Richard Fawcett states: I will talk to some of you at train show in Easley. Norman Carnow states: I would definitely visit. William Smith states: It is a great project for knowledge and the good for everyone. Harry Shucker states: It is a wonderful learning experience for children as well as for adults. Liling Claps states: It will be educational for children and definitely attracts tourist at same time supports the City financial goal. Gregory Perry Sr states: Looking forward to seeing this wonderful attraction up and running! Frances Anne Billker states: Mass transit is the wave of the future and one of the several ways we can help end our dependence on foreign oil. This museum will show rail transit all over the world and demonstrate how attractive an option this method of transit can be, both for freigh Paul Cordella states: Model railroading is a hobby that I grew up with. My Dad spend hours with my brother and myself building a great layout. I have returned to this hobby and now enjoy it so as it helps with my disability (Parkinsons disease) in making something that I can enjoy, and feel a sense of accomplishment. francis bauer states: need your support to make this happened. David Winans states: Railroads played such an important part in the history of this county. Simon brown  states: sick of nay Sayers. lets be positive for possible success rather than negative before something starts. I like it! Loretta Wescott states: This endeavor will bring tourist to the area and help the economy.  Also, a great place to bring the family. Walt Mazzei states: This is a fun project of great vision and value to the community. It is worthy of our support. Mike Gilley states: This is being modeled after a highly successful museum in Germany.  It is nice to see an attempt to pull together the various modes of transportation supporting the emphasis on trains. Glenn Hayes states: This is needed. People don't know that a train has the right of way and can't stop fast. ROBERT STRUCK states: This miniature World of trains would be a great show for our area and the whole country who come to visit.
